Deadline?

  • The transition period ENDS on 30 June 2026.
  • No fines will be issued during this educational phase.

From 1 July 2026:

  • Missing or incorrect vaccination records in the FEI HorseApp may result in formal sanctions and fines.

What owners and riders should do now?

  • Review your horse’s vaccination schedule to ensure it is up to date.
  • Schedule vaccinations well in advance of FEI competitions.
  • Make sure your veterinarian records the vaccination in the FEI HorseApp on the day it is given.
  • Verify that the vaccination has been correctly logged in the app after your appointment.
  • Important reminder: It is the responsibility of both the owner and the rider to ensure all vaccinations are accurately recorded in the FEI HorseApp.
