Today marks the beginning of the FEI General Assembly, taking place in Hong Kong from 4 to 7 November 2025.
Delegates, member National Federations and Stakeholders from around the world have gathered for this key quadrennial gathering to review governance matters, equine welfare policy, financial reports, and rule-changes that shape the future of international equestrian sport.

09:00-13:00: Board Meeting 1
14:15-18:00: Continuation of Board Meeting 1
The formal General Assembly sessions (with all member federations) will begin tomorrow (5 Nov) with regional and continental group meetings.
Among the important items on the agenda in the coming days: proposed rule-revision in equestrian sport, presentation of Olympic/Paralympic qualification systems for LA2028, and discussions about upcoming World Championships.
On Friday, the programme will continue with both the FEI Extraordinary and Ordinary General Assemblies. During these sessions, representatives from 136 National Federations will cast their votes on the proposed rule changes.
