USA’s Kent Farrington continues his outstanding season by holding on to the world number one spot in the Longines FEI Jumping World Ranking for the fifth month in a row.
With 3436 points, the American rider remains in the lead ahead of 2024 Olympic team gold medallist Ben Maher (GBR), who stays second on 3104 points, and Christian Kukuk (GER), the 2024 Olympic Champion, in third with 2950 points.
As in recent months, there has been movement within the Top 10. Former world no. 1 Henrik von Eckermann (SWE), together with Daniel Coyle (IRL) and Simon Delestre (FRA), have dropped out of the elite group.
Meanwhile, IJRC Board Member and 2025 European Champion Richard Vogel (GER) continues his steady rise, now ranked fourth.
Scott Brash (GBR), silver medallist at the Europeans, follows in fifth place. The biggest climber of the month is Gilles Thomas (BEL), who makes his debut in the Top 10, jumping from 19th last month to sixth – a career milestone for the young Belgian rider.
Another notable move comes from McLain Ward (USA), who improves from ninth to seventh. Steve Guerdat (SUI) slips from fourth to eighth, while Darragh Kenny (IRL) climbs two spots to rank ninth. The Top 10 is completed by Harrie Smolders (NED), up three places from last month.
