Rolex IJRC Top 10 Final, the countdown begins: No 10 KEVIN STAUT

There is great excitement surrounding the Rolex IJRC Top Ten Final that will be held in Geneva on Friday, December 10th . The countdown has begun and day after day we will discover together the names of those competing in the 20th edition of this prestigious event.

KEVIN STAUT (FRA)

Team gold at the Rio 2016 Olympics, European Champion in Windsor 2009, president of the IJRC since 2017, year in which he won the Top Ten riding Reveur de Hurtebise.

This is his 9th participation in the Top Ten.

What does the Rolex IJRC Top Ten Final mean to you?

Like in every sport a top ten final means a lot for all the athletes. During the season riders are fighting to qualify for this prestigious competition. I’m really motivated.

Which horse will you be riding?

Tolede de Mescam*Harcour but it’s not sure yet.

You will be competing in Geneva having ridden in and won the 2017 edition, but also as president of the IJRC. Does this position put greater pressure on you when competing?

I was really happy about this victory in 2017 but now we start again with a new final so I’m focused on the present with no pressure from past top ten finals.
