Conor Swail (IRL) picked up his first World Cup win of the 2023-24 North American League season Saturday night, besting the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Las Vegas (USA) with his veteran partner, Count Me In.
The duo bested a six-horse jump-off in the most unique venue that is the South Point Hotel & Casino, crossing the timers of Olaf Petersen Jr.'s (GER) short course in 38.28 seconds. The only other athlete to produce a double-clear effort on the evening was Swail's longtime student, Vanessa Mannix (CAN) with Lehar (39.49 seconds). Jill Humphrey (USA) rounded out the podium, fishing third with Chromatic BF (4/39.18).
