Shane Sweetnam (IRL) got his long-awaited first Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ victory Saturday night in Lexington (USA), sweeping to the top of an 11-horse jump-off in the Kentucky Horse Park's Alltech Arena with his outstanding mount, James Kann Cruz.
Sweetnam held off the charge from defending champion Daniel Bluman (ISR) and Gemma W. The winning time was 33.41 seconds.
Devin Ryan (USA) finished third for the second week in a row with Eddie Blue, which secured him the lead in the NAL standings with 30 points.
