The below disciplines have elected their FEI Athlete Representative as a candidate (within each discipline) received a simple majority of the votes cast:
Dressage - Anna Paprocka Campanella (ITA)
Endurance - Bartolomiej Kwiatek (POL)
Driving - Valerie Kanavy (USA)
Vaulting - Lukas Klouda (CZE)
Reining - Gennaro Lendi (ITA)
The athletes listed above have applied to represent their discipline on the respective FEI Technical Committee.
Each candidate listed has fulfilled the eligibility criteria and has agreed to the terms included in the Rules of Conduct for the Election Campaign.
Athlete eligibility criteria: athlete must be least 18 years of age, has competed in one of the last two senior FEI World Championships or Olympic Games in the Discipline for which the athlete is seeking election; and has a clean anti-doping record with respect to both the Equine Anti-Doping & Control Medication Rules (EADCMRs) and the Anti-Doping Rules for Human Athletes (ADRHAs) as of April 2010.
Who may vote?
Only FEI registered Athletes aged 18 years and over who are included on their respective Ranking List (31 December 2013) are eligible to vote for their discipline’s Athlete Representative. (Please refer to FEI Internal Regulations Art. 6.9.4 Athletes Committee - Election)
How will the vote take place?
Via a secured online electronic voting platform, tested and approved by the Equine Community Integrity Unit (ECIU), available on this page as of 16 June 2014 00:00 CEST. The Resumés (CVs) received for each candidate will be made available for review on the voting platform.
