Equine Canada is pleased to announce the Canadian Show Jumping Team representing Canada in the Furusiyya FEI Nations’ Cup™, taking place during the CSIO 4* Coapexpan in Veracruz, MEX from April 28 to May 1.

The team competing for Canada in the $1,500,000 MXN CSIO 4* Coapexpan Furusiyya FEI Nations’ Cup™ will be chosen from the following riders and horses:

The CSIO 4* Coapexpan will act as the second qualifier in the North America, Central America and Caribbean League of the Furusiyya FEI Nations’ Cup series. Canada currently sits third overall in the league with 55 points, after placing sixth in the $112,900 Furusiyya FEI Nations’ Cup in Ocala, FL on Feb. 19. The United States is currently leading the league with 100 points.

The third and final Furusiyya Nations’ Cup qualifier will take place at Thunderbird Show Park in Langley, BC, on June 3. The top two teams in the qualifying league will be invited to contest the Furusiyya Nations Cup Final in Barcelona.

In addition to the nations’ cup, the CSIO 4* Coapexpan will feature a variety of FEI classes with top prize money up for grabs. The following riders will compete for Canada as individuals:
