European Championships 2017, Gothenburg

This year the best horses and equestrians take over the city of Gothenburg

The countdown has begun to the FEI European Championships in Gothenburg 2017. This August the Europe’s top equestrian riders and drivers will compete for medals in the arenas and in the heart of the city. The disciplines are Jumping, Dressage, Driving and Para-Equestrian Dressage. During the week we will crown both individual champions and teams.

- 22,000 equestrian fans at Ullevi stadium daily
- 400 media representatives

Event Locations:
Ullevi stadium: arena for the disciplines Dressage and Jumping.
Heden: Heden is a recreational area located next to the Ullevi stadium. The area will be the main arena for Driving and Para-Equestrian Dressage. During the FEI European Championships the Heden area will also transform into a lively area with shows, hands-on activities and exhibits. The Heden area will have free admission all week.
Slottsskogen City park and the city: some of Gothenburg's central streets and the
city's beautiful park Slottsskogen will be the venue for the Driving marathon.

The FEI European Championships Gothenburg 2017 is organised in close collaboration between the Swedish Equestrian Federation, Got Event AB and Göteborg & Co.
