FIERACAVALLI JUMPING VERONA 2015, THE VOICES OF THE PROTAGONISTS: MAIKEL VAN DER VLEUTEN
The CSI5*Fieracavalli Jumping Verona 2015 edition has just been concluded, attracting the world’s best riders in the world, that made every competition memorable and emotional. We interviewed some of the protagonists of this show, asking their impression of this event.
MAIKEL VAN DER VLEUTEN is one of the protagonist of the dream team of the Netherland, that at the moment seems to be unbeatable.
The most recent medal they won was the team gold medal in the European Championship in Aachen last August.
We asked him what he thinks about the Jumping Verona competition:
“Verona is one of my favourite show, I have been here few times and I really can see that they develop more and more every years which is very good for the show and for the riders.
The stables are very nice and good for the grooms. The warm up arena is very nice and big, the atmosphere is very good. I’m really happy to come back here in Verona.
Here I took 3 horses because they have quite a lot of classes. I took 2 better horses and one quite young, 8 years old to give him the experience to grow up a bit in the level.”
