Constant van Paesschen rode like a man possessed to take the victory, another win to add to his ever-growing collection. The world’s best riders rode attacking rounds in front of the glamorous Monte-Carlo audience in the heart of the stunning Port Hercule, compete with a super-yacht-filled backdrop.
Luc Musette’s course was an inviting one and saw 15 of the 34 starters jump clear. There were strong rounds from tonight’s Grand Prix favourites, including Edwina Tops-Alexander (AUS), Pieter Devos (BEL), Daniel Deusser (GER) and Rolf-Goran Bengtsson (SWE).
