Hungarian NF Talent Programme – Set to Create New Stars !

April- The EEF Brotherhood Programme in Hungary has started to provide results.

After a set-up period of approximately 9 months, the program had already started with 30 promising show jumping athletes, selected in two different groups. In October 2014, 18 athletes (age group 11-15) were selected in addition to 12 riders of the second age group (15-20). A total of three training camps and 8 individual lessons have been conducted by the certified trainers of the programme during the winter season.

Then came the very important re-selection day of April 2. All candidates have battled it out once again in front of a technical jurry carefully observing all details. Finally, 5 talents were selected from group I, with the target of European Children Championships whereas in the second group 4 candidates received the approval as international talents to represent their country in CSIO Junior and Young Rider category events.

The EEF will continue to follow the progress of the Hungarian future stars.

The Hungarian Talent Programme was one of the “EEF Brotherhood Programme” activities developed by NED NF. The EEF wishes best of success to the newly selected talents and thanks HUN and NED NFs for their successful project implementation.
