Janika Sprunger speeds to victory in Den Bosch
Friday: Switzerland’s 26-year-old Janika Sprunger was the fastest in the last jumping competition of Friday, the ’s-Hertogenbosch Prize, a table A 1m50 competition with Winning Round. It was a super exciting competition and the public cheered every rider to the finish. Holland’s Wout-Jan van der Schans set a real fast time and everybody thought it was an unbeatable time. Nevertheless four riders managed to go even faster. Janika finally won with her horse JL’s Komparse in 32.54 seconds. Runners-up were Katharina Offel and Charlie for the Ukraine followed by Frenchman Patrice Delaveau with Carinjo HDC. Fourth place went to Swiss Pius Schwizer with Quidam du Vivier. Best Dutch combination remained Wout-Jan van der Schans with Vingino.
