Results from Mechelen: Lansink and Deusser in top form

On Sunday in the last big class of the day - the TOPSPORT VLAANDEREN
10. CSIW5* - GRAND PRIX - 1m50 - the victory went to Jos Lansink with nine-year-old Zerlin M, after an amazing jump-off. For this combination, it was their first GP at a five-star competition. In second place there was Gregory Wathelet with Conrad and in third place Gudrun Patteet with Sea Coast Ferly.

On the same day in the competition Samsung Table C, Eiken Sato and Othello de Lusse first took the lead, but Daniel Deusser and Mouse were even faster. Third place went to Robert Puck with Glock's Ambelina JB and  fourth place to Luca Maria Moneta with Jesus de la Commune .

For the German champion Daniel and his horse Holsteiner Mouse, it was the second victory in Mechelen. They also won the KBC Bank & Verzekering class on Saturday evening. Forty-three riders were entered in this class, however a solid eleven horse and rider combination made it through to the jump off, where the fastest time belonged to Daniel and his fifteen year old Mouse. Nicola Philippaerts with Quenzo de la Roque was second, and Patrick Spits on Withney van de Dwerse Hagen was third.
