SAUT HERMÈS AT THE GRAND PALAIS – 18, 19 & 20 March 2016

Hermès hosts the 7th edition of the Saut Hermès at the Grand Palais, the international 5-star (CSI 5*) show
jumping competition, which will take place on the 18, 19 and 20 March 2016 in Paris.

For the seventh year running, Hermès invites the forty best riders and horses in the world to compete in the six CSI 5*
events, the highest level of international competition, under the roof of the Grand Palais. Twenty international promising young riders, under the age of 25, will also be welcomed by the Parisian saddler-maker to participate in the three original Talents Hermès events, created in 2011.
To stage the competition, Hermès is renewing its partnership with GL events, an international group with expertise in event planning and a specialist in equestrian events. French rider Michel Robert, sporting advisor for the Saut Hermès at the Grand Palais, and German course designer Frank Rothenberger will once again contribute their expertise to
preparing and running the events.
This event enables four thousand spectators each day to watch a spectacular equestrian show that has been specially created for the occasion.
With this 7th edition of the Saut Hermès at the Grand Palais, Hermès continues to draw on its expertise in the world of equestrian sport and leisure with which it has been associated since 1837, and confirms its ambition to promote and
develop equestrian sports in the heart of Paris.
